For Microsoft 365 Business plans, you will be charged on a monthly or annual basis depending on the service you choose.

To enjoy a great deal of payment flexibility, various payment options are available. Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Apps for business, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium plans are available for monthly or annual commitment. Pay by monthly commitment: pay for the monthly subscription and you can unsubscribe at any time. Pay with an annual commitment: sign up for a one-year subscription and take advantage of the special discount using this payment option. By default, the billing plan will be set to the monthly billing system. After the purchase, you can change the billing plan to the annual billing system in the “Microsoft 365 Admin Center”. Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Office 365 Enterprise plans (including standalone plans such as Exchange Online) and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise are available for payment by annual commitment. Pay by annual commitment: Sign up for a one-year subscription, and you can choose to pay monthly or pay for the whole year when registering.

Microsoft 365 applications that you install on your PC or Mac such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook work when you are not connected to the internet. With Microsoftedrive in Microsoft 365, you’ll get file storage that you can access when you’re offline. When you make changes while offline, they will sync with OneDrive and across the rest of your devices when you reconnect. With Outlook, you can read emails that have already been delivered to your inbox, or formulate new emails and meeting requests. Your inbox and outbox will sync across the rest of your devices when you reconnect.

Your data belongs to you. If you decide to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can download your data, for example emails and documents on team sites, and save them to another location. You must save your data before unsubscribing. After unsubscribing, the data associated with your Microsoft 365 account will become available to the administrator (s) of the restricted functionality account for a period of 90 days.
